This live online course will provide you with exercises for self inquiry using a variety of therapeutic lenses to make sense of how your body learned to protect you.
You will learn how to update those nervous system response patterns and determine steps to create relative safety in your life, relationships and environment.
Where the Regulate Program helps work out what your nervous system is doing. The Restore Program explores how you learned to do what you do.
Befriending your story can help explain your symptoms and reactions. Developing a ‘coherent narrative’ can support understanding, real healing and deep restoration of safety.
